1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details:

Exchange Process

  • The product must be shipped back within 2 days of approval to the address below:

  • Ensure the item is securely packed (preferably with bubble wrap) and includes the original invoice.
  • Shipping charges for exchange are to be borne by the customer (both sides).

Exchange Outcome

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, a store credit (coupon code) equivalent to the product value will be issued within 5 business days.
  • This can be used for future purchases on aurellejewels.in.

Offer / Sale Products

No Exchange / Return Policy

  • Items purchased under promotional offers or discounts, including but not limited to:
    • Combo offers
    • Discounted collections
    • Clearance or sale items

No exchange, return, or refund is applicable on such products.

  • Only replacement will be provided in case of damaged or missing items, subject to availability of the same design.

2. Return Policy

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • We will arrange a pickup of the item.
  • Once received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched.

Non-Damaged Returns

  • Returns for non-damaged items must be initiated within 24 hours and shipped within 2 working days.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With intact packaging and invoice

  • Refund will be issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).

3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Approved returns will be processed in the form of a store credit / gift card / coupon code equivalent to the product value.
  • This can be used for future purchases on aurellejewels.in.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Prepaid Orders:

  • If an order is cancelled or not accepted by the customer:
    • Refund will be processed after deducting ₹200 (shipping charges)
    • Any applicable taxes/charges will be borne by the customer

5. Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges on:
    • Handmade products
    • Sale or discounted items
    • International orders

6. Defective or Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive a defective item:

Once verified, we will arrange a return and send a replacement at the earliest.
